Application for registration.—Every unit carrying on the setting up of a unit shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form ANF-3A, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every shipping bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
