Application for registration.—Every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall make an application for registration to the Sports Tribunal in Form E, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every federation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
