Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the supply of electricity shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every connection held by him has been disposed of.
