Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a building shall apply to the Corporation in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
