Maintenance of premises.—Every data processor shall keep the premises where the processing of personal data on behalf of a data fiduciary is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every register of users kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the processing of personal data on behalf of a data fiduciary, and shall furnish to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
