Intimation of change.—Every publisher of an opinion poll shall intimate to the Election Commission, in Form 26 and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
