Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor of a public authority who ceases to carry on the execution of contracts for a public authority shall, within five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Information Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every information held by him has been disposed of.
