Intimation of change.—Every contractor of a public authority shall intimate to the State Information Commission, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Information Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
