Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the employer of beedi workers shall apply to the Licensing Officer in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Licensing Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
