Periodical returns.—Every infrastructure provider shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, within forty-five days of the close of each year, a return in Form F of the establishment of telecommunication infrastructure carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
