Safe custody.—Every infrastructure provider shall keep every spectrum to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the establishment of telecommunication infrastructure is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every spectrum so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal within seven days of the close of each year.
