Intimation of change.—Every authorised representative shall intimate to the Dispute Resolution Panel, in Form 3CD and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Dispute Resolution Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
