Surrender of certificate.—Every parcel agent who ceases to carry on the booking of parcels shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of consignments held by him has been disposed of.
