Surrender of certificate.—Every immediate employer who ceases to carry on the execution of work for a principal employer shall, within forty-two days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Medical Benefit Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every benefit held by him has been disposed of.
