Surrender of certificate.—Every shelter home who ceases to carry on the running of a shelter home shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Juvenile Justice Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every admission register held by him has been disposed of.
