Report to the Government.—The Adjudicating Officer shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of sellers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of West Bengal and publish it within fifteen days of its preparation.
