Surrender of certificate.—Every infrastructure provider who ceases to carry on the establishment of telecommunication infrastructure shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every tariff held by him has been disposed of.
