Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the infrastructure provider shall apply to the Authority in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
