Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person subject to an inquiry dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of the Commission in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Registrar of the Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
