Surrender of certificate.—Every teacher training institution who ceases to carry on the training of teachers shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the School Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every examination held by him has been disposed of.
