Surrender of certificate.—Every co-operative society who ceases to carry on the business of a co-operative society shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every certificate held by him has been disposed of.
