Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the co-operative society shall apply to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
