Application for registration.—Every officer of a company carrying on the keeping of books of account shall make an application for registration to the Regional Director in Form CHG-1, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every books of account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
