Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a container train who ceases to carry on the running of container trains shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every advertisement board held by him has been disposed of.
