Surrender of certificate.—Every credit information company who ceases to carry on the business of credit information shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deposit Insurance Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every passbook held by him has been disposed of.
