Periodical return.—Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish to the Land Tribunal, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form 2 of every register of holdings received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for thirty days from the date on which it is furnished.
