Intimation of change.—Every sand mining permit holder shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Mines, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
