Application for registration.—Every foreman of a chit carrying on the conduct of a chit shall make an application for registration to the Government of Odisha in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of contracts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
