Safe custody.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres shall keep every lease deed to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the use of land for manoeuvres is carried on, shall record in Form G the description of every lease deed so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Station Commander within three days of the close of each year.
