Production of records.—Every retail outlet dealer shall, on request by the Assistant Electrical Inspector, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the retail sale of petroleum products is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any energy bill not held at those premises.
