Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Central Commission in the custody of the Assistant Electrical Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Central Commission; and where the Assistant Electrical Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VI within seven days of the succession.
