Intimation of change.—Every retail outlet dealer shall intimate to the Central Commission, in Form VIII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
