Regulation 11, CERC (Licensing of Retail outlet dealers) Regulations, 2012 [S6V-M37]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the retail outlet dealer shall apply to the Central Commission in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Central Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
