Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003); (b) "retail outlet dealer" means a person carrying on the retail sale of petroleum products; (c) "cylinder" means a cylinder received, held or disposed of by a retail outlet dealer in the course of the retail sale of petroleum products; (d) "Form II" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
