Application for registration.—Every owner of an easement carrying on the enjoyment of an easement shall make an application for registration to the Collector in Form 6, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every possession certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
