Application for registration.—Every foreman of a chit carrying on the conduct of a chit shall make an application for registration to the Controller in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of contracts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
