Intimation of change.—Every ambulance operator shall intimate to the Appropriate Authority, in Form 20 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
