Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the conductor of a stage carriage to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 23, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Transport Commissioner shall record the manner and the date of service within fifteen days of the service.
