Surrender of certificate.—Every conductor of a stage carriage who ceases to carry on service as a conductor shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Transport Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every pollution certificate held by him has been disposed of.
