Intimation of change.—Every director shall intimate to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, in Form MGT-7 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
