Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the conciliator shall apply to the Chairperson of the Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Chairperson of the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
