Application for registration.—Every conciliator carrying on the conduct of conciliation shall make an application for registration to the Chairperson of the Council in Form E, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every arbitration agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
