Intimation of change.—Every licensee shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form IV and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
