Intimation of change.—Every retirement adviser shall intimate to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, in Form 13 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
