Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in the custody of the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority; and where the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 13 within seven days of the succession.
