Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Maharashtra Public Service Commission; (b) "Government" means the Government of Maharashtra; (c) "said post" means the post of Additional Controller Of Weights in the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra; and (d) "Service" means the Maharashtra Civil Service.
