Surrender of certificate.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal who ceases to carry on the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Arbitration Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every dispute held by him has been disposed of.
