Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall apply to the Arbitration Council in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Arbitration Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
