Application for registration.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal carrying on the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert shall make an application for registration to the Arbitration Council in Form E, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
