Periodical returns.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall furnish to the Arbitration Council, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form A of the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
